Official Gym Opening

We were honoured to have former Dublin Football stars (and past pupils of ST. Aidan's), Tommy Drumm and Paul Clarke, cut the ribbon at the gym opening.

We were very excited to have a photograph of Tommy and Paul with their school football coach, Br. Coffey. This photograph will compliment the one taken in 1984 when Tommy and Paul were captains of Dublin's Senior and Minor Football teams.

Following the ribbon cutting, principal, Brendan Harrington, welcomed everyone and asked the club representatives to say a few words about their relationship with St. Aidan's over the years. Each club was invited to present a flag to fly along side our flag, in the new gym, representing the relationships we have established over the 50 years.
