A mini reunion of our most successful sports team took place of the end of September. The triple All Ireland cross country championship team went back to their old training base in Albert College Park to reminisce on the great days and to get a few miles in.

Pictured here are Eoin McDonnell, Mark McDonald, Alan O'Neill, Tony Kavanagh and Colm Murray.

Along with David Murphy, Dave Lyons, Chris Kelly, Larry Brady, Paul Sheerin and Gav Redmond, they dominated Irish Schools Athletics

from 2004 - 2008.

Well done to past pupil Cathal Doyle who has qualified for this year's World Athletics Championships in the 1,500m. Cathal ran a PB in the Diamond League in Rome (3.32.15), the second fastest time ever for an Irishman.
